Google may process connection and device information for abuse prevention. This control is separate from optional analytics and advertising; refusing those categories does not disable form protection.<\/p>\n<h2>Changing or withdrawing choices<\/h2>\n<p>Use Cookie preferences to withdraw or change a choice. When you withdraw an optional category, the page reloads to stop already loaded services; known first-party cookies for categories you disable are cleared. This allows us to apply preferences and explain later which choice was made against which information. It does not verify your legal identity.<\/p>\n<p>The consent evidence log does not add your IP address, browser information, email address or the address of the page you visited. This statement concerns this log only: web-server security and services you permit may process connection data in their own operation. Pseudonymous records are not anonymous data.<\/p>\n<p>Applying choices and keeping minimal evidence relies on the legitimate interest in managing preferences and demonstrating their handling, with limited impact on your fundamental rights (Article 5(2)(f), Turkish Law No. 6698). Records necessary to establish, exercise or protect a specific legal claim may be assessed separately under Article 5(2)(e). This recording is separate from consent to optional services; refusals and withdrawals are recorded too.<\/p>\n<p class=\"consent-retention\">Each server record has a retention period of 365 days from creation. Expired records are included in the daily automatic deletion task. Execution depends on the site scheduler; actual deletion may be delayed while it is not running. This is the evidence-retention policy set for this site, not a statutory maximum for all cookie records. A new choice does not restart the retention period of previous records. The browser preference and random browser identifier last for 180 days; the identifier cookie is created only when you first make a choice. Technical deletion records, such as the time, scope and result of deletion, are kept separately for at least three years; they are not copies of deleted consent records.<\/p>\n<p>Access is limited to authorised people managing preferences and hosting or technical-support providers as needed to operate the system. For a request, investigation or dispute, only necessary records may be shared with competent authorities and legal advisers. The log is not used for advertising targeting or cross-site browsing tracking. If you have a receipt number, including it with a request about your cookie records will help locate them.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"rights\">\n<h2>Your rights and requests<\/h2>\n<p>Under Article 11 of Turkish Law No. 6698, you may ask whether your data is processed and obtain information about its purposes, use and recipients in T\u00fcrkiye or abroad. You may request correction and, where the legal conditions are met, deletion or destruction, and notification of these actions to recipients. You may object to an adverse result arising exclusively from automated analysis and seek compensation for harm caused by unlawful processing.<\/p>\n<p>Submit a formal Turkish-law request in Turkish by signed letter to the postal address above or through registered electronic mail (KEP). You may also write to mikropor@mikropor.com from an email address previously provided to us and registered in our system, or use secure electronic or mobile signature. Include your name, signature for written requests, Turkish identity number (or nationality and passport or available identity number for foreign nationals), service address, available contact details and your request, with relevant supporting documents. Do not send an identity-document copy at the outset; proportionate verification may be needed.<\/p>\n<p>Requests are handled as soon as their nature permits and within 30 days. They are normally free; any additional cost may be charged only under the applicable Board tariff. General enquiries may also be sent to the email above.
