This notice covers cookies, choices about loading external services on mikropor.com and the evidence of those choices. The company below is the controller for this preference system. Company information for particular countries and transactions is also available through the legal links in the footer.

Collection and legal grounds
Cookies are small data files stored in your browser. Cookies and similar browser technologies automatically process preference identifiers, connection/device information and, for services you permit, usage and interaction data. Limited first-party records needed to remember and apply your choices rely on legitimate interest under Article 5(2)(f) of Turkish Law No. 6698. The optional functional, analytics and advertising activities below rely on your explicit consent for the chosen category under Article 5(1). A service can process personal data without using cookies.
Optional services are off until you choose. Accept all, reject optional services or select categories. Closing preferences without saving does not grant permission. Your choice is stored for up to 180 days in this browser; clearing browser storage or expiry may show the notice again.

Form security
Form protection uses Google reCAPTCHA when you interact with a protected form. Google may process connection and device information for abuse prevention. This control is separate from optional analytics and advertising; refusing those categories does not disable form protection.
Changing or withdrawing choices
Use Cookie preferences to withdraw or change a choice. When you withdraw an optional category, the page reloads to stop already loaded services; known first-party cookies for categories you disable are cleared. This does not erase data previously received by a provider or cookies on another domain. Browser settings can also remove cookies.
External providers
Some providers operate internationally and may process data outside Türkiye. Cookie choices control loading on this website; they do not replace legal safeguards for international transfers. Provider storage periods and third-party cookies vary by service and settings. The inventory below distinguishes items observed in the browser, items configured in the application and possible items described in provider documentation. A documented default lifetime does not mean the same cookie is created or kept for that duration for every visitor.

Preference and consent evidence
When you save a choice, we electronically record the selected categories, acceptance/refusal/change action, server recording time, a randomly generated receipt number, a pseudonymous browser identifier, and the version and copy of the information and choice text presented to you. This allows us to apply preferences and explain later which choice was made against which information. It does not verify your legal identity.
The consent evidence log does not add your IP address, browser information, email address or the address of the page you visited. This statement concerns this log only: web-server security and services you permit may process connection data in their own operation. Pseudonymous records are not anonymous data.
Applying choices and keeping minimal evidence relies on the legitimate interest in managing preferences and demonstrating their handling, with limited impact on your fundamental rights (Article 5(2)(f), Turkish Law No. 6698). Records necessary to establish, exercise or protect a specific legal claim may be assessed separately under Article 5(2)(e). This recording is separate from consent to optional services; refusals and withdrawals are recorded too.
Access is limited to authorised people managing preferences and hosting or technical-support providers as needed to operate the system. For a request, investigation or dispute, only necessary records may be shared with competent authorities and legal advisers. The log is not used for advertising targeting or cross-site browsing tracking. If you have a receipt number, including it with a request about your cookie records will help locate them.
Your rights and requests
Under Article 11 of Turkish Law No. 6698, you may ask whether your data is processed and obtain information about its purposes, use and recipients in Türkiye or abroad. You may request correction and, where the legal conditions are met, deletion or destruction, and notification of these actions to recipients. You may object to an adverse result arising exclusively from automated analysis and seek compensation for harm caused by unlawful processing.
Submit a formal Turkish-law request in Turkish by signed letter to the postal address above or through registered electronic mail (KEP). You may also write to mikropor@mikropor.com from an email address previously provided to us and registered in our system, or use secure electronic or mobile signature. Include your name, signature for written requests, Turkish identity number (or nationality and passport or available identity number for foreign nationals), service address, available contact details and your request, with relevant supporting documents. Do not send an identity-document copy at the outset; proportionate verification may be needed.
Requests are handled as soon as their nature permits and within 30 days. They are normally free; any additional cost may be charged only under the applicable Board tariff.
