Our Human Resources mission: Within the scope of Mikropor’s mission and shared goals, our mission is to enhance employee productivity and build a qualified workforce that is dynamic, committed to continuous self-improvement, open to innovation, values ethical principles, and possesses high self-motivation.

The evaluation of the most suitable and qualified candidates for current positions is conducted without discrimination based on gender, language, religion, or race, ensuring that every candidate is included in the process with equal opportunities. Our hiring processes are conducted through competency-based interviews, aptitude tests, case study exercises, and—for certain departments—technical interviews, technical presentations, and foreign language tests.

The Performance Evaluation process is conducted using transparent, fair, and concrete methods to ensure the entire company moves forward in line with shared strategic goals, to aim for the sustainability of high performance, to reward successful performance, to provide resources for our employees’ career plans, and to identify development opportunities.

We develop training programs to cultivate new leaders by investing in people and talent, establish a common language, and support our culture by encouraging continuous learning; these programs are made available to all employees through the annual Training Catalog. To prepare our employees for the future in an ever-changing world, we implement an Education and Development Management system designed to enhance their personal competencies, professional growth, and organizational identity.
